Project Scope

All items listed within the project scope will be applied exclusively to SLN and SLN2.

Inclusions

The scope of the SLN2 Project includes:

Analyze, develop, and deploy all aspects of the SLN2 learning environment
Develop migration strategies and programmes for current and prospective SLN campuses in each sub-project area
Analyze and plan integration of Student Information Systems with SLN2
Develop migration strategy for course materials from SLN1 and third party environments
Review of current Training and Professional Development programme and activities
Development of training and professional development strategy and programme for SLN2
Managing and developing Help Desk activities to support SLN2 migration and use
Communication to all users
Reporting on the implementation of the migration
Managing vendor relationships

The scope of the SLN2 Project excludes:

Any activity that does not directly relate to SLN2 in terms of technology, help desk, training & professional development, and migration services
